On skystore.com, under Sky VIP welcome gift menu item, there are hundreds of movies. Non of them show £0.00 cost. Am I missing something?

When you log in to the Skystore online and look in "my account" have you linked your Sky ID to your online account ?

Yes. My account on sky store is linked to sky ID.

Yes. I first activated the Welcome Gift on the MySky app under the VIP section.

For the benefit of anyone who might be facing ai similar issue, Sky support team replied to me and explained that the VIP welcome gift applies only to Sky TV subscription customers. I am only a bandcband customer. I think Sky better stop sending these emails to broadband customers asking them to benefit from all these promotions if they are not applicable to them.

I'm having the same issue as a Sky Mobile customer, so would agree that it sounds as though they need to stop the emails being sent to those that are not Sky TV customers

No. That is the page that I was on and they are all showing as chargeable. There are loads of options there but none for £0

It sounds like your Sky account hasn't picked up you are entitled to one free VIP movie (I assume you have never had one in the past)
If that's the case you should be able to resolve it through livechat with the Skystore team
