Can't watch a pay to view film.

Tried to watch a pay to view film but was told had exceeded our limit but have not watched any ptv for over a year. 
Where can I find where this limit is and change it.

Thanks for the help. Not sure if I am there yet (can't try it at the moment) but the chat advised me that our contract had expired so I have renewed and hope for the best!

We hear of this often on the forum. There looks to be a limit set by the Skystore support team for an amount you can spend up to on movies. 

Usually it just needs you to agree an amount with them- but their livechat (easiest way to contact them ) doesn't re-open till 11am Monday
