Can't watch a certain purchased film on my iPhone!

Sky store films I have purchased I can watch on my iphone, except one, which says it is noe downloaded whereas the others that play dont. msg says you not been on for o days but I can't seem to access this film that I always could now !

 Are you using the Sky Store app to try to watch this film ?

And when doing so it says "it can not be downloaded" is this correct ?
