Can’t sign into sky store via tv

After reboots and resets of apps still cannot sign in to sky store - unexpected error just keeps appearing

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:

Hi jumping on this post but I'm in same position but I've also tried checking the user name and it says it can't be changed at this time ? Any ideas ? Thank you

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

https://www.skystore.com/help/contact-us

And when you do tell them you believe it is an issue with your name on your ID as per my post above because if it and they can sort it then this issue should be fixed for you.
