Can't sign in to Sky Store

When trying to sign in to Sky Store I'm redirected to my account on Sky.com. This is the case when signing in using a QR code or code from Sky Glass. If I try to 'sign up' for Sky Store as it says I'm already signed in.

Is your Sky Store account linked to your ID as  per this:

Sign in at skystore.com/myaccount and go to 'My Sky TV'.
Click on 'Link My Account'. (I believe this is on the far right of the screen)
Follow the instructions on the screen. You'll need your 12 digit Sky Account number or the account number of the bank you use to pay your Sky bill.
Click 'confirm'

Thanks but I can't do step one as when I try to sign in to skystore.com/myaccount I'm redirected to Sky.com.

Since May 2025 but have never used Sky Store.

Im having the exact same issue. Cant login at all just redirects me to my sky after signing in
