Can’t see rental movie

Cannot see a movie I have rented on sky store on sky box

Hi @Laura466 

 

Could you clarify, on which device did you do the rental ? With rentals, if you rent on say a phone or tablet, the rental won't show up on your main Sky box. 

Where as buy and keep transactions are available on any device / box linked to your account, rentals are not.
