Can’t see purchase in purchases

Purchased a movie with promotional code, watched on my app, but movie not showing in my purchases on Sky Q? Can anyone help me?

Assuming @fuccawallaboobie you are talking  about a buy and keep (rather than a rental which can't be sent to your box) are you looking in recordings /purchases on your Sky Q menu ?

 

if not there - can you see an option in Skystore online to "send to box" ?
