Can’t rent movie from Sky Store

When I try to rent 'Whitney Houston I Wanna Dance with Someone' on the Sky Store. There's a message saying 'Sorry, you can only buy or rent in UK & Ireland! I live in Scotland, so don't see the problem?

@Mel52  Are you using a vpn connection by any chance? If you are then this may be the reason as Sky can't verify your location with it enabled

When you log in to Skystore online @Mel52 and click on your name in the menu, is your address registered correctly with your correct postcode ?
