Can't purchase movies

Hi I'm trying to purchase movie on my sky store but it won't let me please can you let me know how to do it. I just get a message after iv put my pin in saying my account is not enabled to purchase movies

This isn't anything you have done wrong. It's just that it looks like your purchase limit needs setting up with the Skystore team / or has somehow become set at £0

Try a livechat or contact with the Skystore team. They should be open now
