Just some thoughts
If you aren't getting to the stage where you can enter your Skystore credentials- logically the issue isn't your specific Skystore account.
If it's not a Skystore issue - that leaves LG
Have you tried LG customer support - to ask them if there is a known issue with your model ?

Don't you want to access Sky Store on other devices to access your Sky Store purchases?

Hi I'm having exact same issue too, same message when I try log in, can log in on phone no problem but of course sky won't let me use smart view to cast to TV, I've been trying to fix this for weeks now last ditch chance here to fix or sky store will be permanently deleted from my household
