Hi all, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the sky store app on my LG tv...I have turned tv off and back on..when I go to sign in on the sky store app on tv it automatically says "issue with log in details, please try again" ..I don't even get the option to try input my sign in details again, it's doing my head in! Can anyone help

I know this doesn't answer your question but I can log in fine on my LG (2020 model )
I can also log out and log in again (so it suggests there isn't an overall problem with LG)
can you log on online using the same credentials?
It may be worth checking to see if there are any firmware updates for your LG itself (I mean for the LG not just for Skystore)
other than that you can chat tomorrow from 11am with the Skystore team to see if they have other reports or a solution

I've checked the updates for the LG and everything has already been updated. My LG sky store doesn't even give me options to put in credentials. When I click on "sign in/signup" tab it instantly gives the "issues with Ur log in details, please try again later option"
I can log in no problem onto sky store on my phone.

It's as if the app on your LG has got itself confused. You have done what I would have done (uninstalling and reinstalling the Skystore app )
Hope you get some good advice from the Skystore team. You could also try LG customer support.
if absolutely nothing else fixes it and it's driving you crazy you could always try a factory reset on your LG but for me that would be a last resort as it would take ages to have everything back how you like it.

Have you logged on to skystore.com and checked your device allocations?
How many devices are currently allocated?

When did you start using the app on your phone as I think we can only allocate one device per month. If this doesn't apply to you and if the live chat team can't help you could try emailing the apps team to see if they can help - email@example.com

Which version of webOS is on your LG tv?

I have one of those TVs and. Sky Store works with no problems🙂
Try allocating Sky Store on another supported device!
If that doesn't work, It might be faster to try a factory reset depending how much you've customised your settings than contacting Sky☹️
Try the allocation on another device first.

I have a LG uj634v running webOS 3.9.2-62912 and Sky Store works with no issues.
Do you have an Android Tablet, iPad, iPhone, or Roku device to check your Sky Store account?
If that doesn't work you'll have to contact Sky to check you Sky Store account.

So I spend 30mins on live chat yesterday trying to solve the problem with not being able to login to sky store on my LG tv (can't register device to my sky store account). The advice I was given was
Turn tv on and off
Reboot broadband and turn tv off and bk on
Check for updates etc
Factory reset of TV.
I have done all and I have just finished setting my LG back up and all apps after factory reset and guess what...nothing has changed.
I'm getting the exact message below:
"There is an issue with the login, please check your details and try again"
I didn't even get the option to enter any login details, it just instantly displays this message.
Am I better off just giving up and deleting sky store account.
When I click on the tab (sign-in/signup)
