Hi All,
Recently new to sky and sky glass can't for the life of me get into Skystore. I open the app click to sign in and immediately hit with error There is an issue with the login, Please check your details and try again. But I am not inputting nay details the page is blank with this error then rerey button which does nothing.
I have:
Turned off at mains reset tv
Reset TV to factory settings
I am signed up on sky store with same details as TV
This has been going on for a week
Please help!

I think I've figured this out.
Go to Playlist
Go to the bottom and select Sky Store Purchases
Log into your Sky account from here and you should see your content
Go back to the Sky Store App and you should be able to see your library.
This worked for me just now so hopefully it works for others too.

Can you log onto Skystore.com?
if so you can request assistance from the Sky Store team from there.

I'm having the same issue
This must be a Sky Store app issue that's only affecting Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks
If you sign out of the Sky Store App on Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks you can't sign back in on those devices
Issue is now when I launch Sky Store App on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Pucks
When I click Sign in I keep getting the following message
There is an issue with the login. Please check your details and try again
Clicking Retry does nothing
Problem is we are not getting the option to enter our username or password when you click Sign in
It keeps giving the above message
I can sign in to my Sky Store Account on a PC and Mobile devices but can't if I try to do this on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Pucks
Note I already posted this issue in Sky Glass forum and that has been marked to be escalated community chat
Note Sky Store Live Chat is showing as Unavailable

Exact same as me.
I'm currently on a trial with Sky Glass how long have you had this issue? If this is persistent I'd have to return the TV.
Doesn't seem to be answers or a way to. Contact Cs. As still no chat available.

Only had this issue since Today
I have Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks since August 2022 as in just over 1 year and was working no issues until today
It's when I signed out the app on Sky Glass and Sky Stream Puck is when the issue you having started for me
The issue is once you have signed out of the Sky Store App on Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks it's not possible at the moment to sign back in as in there is no option to enter username and password on the app when you try to sign in
If it's your first time to try sign in or previously signed out ot the app
It won't be possible to sign in again on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Pucks until they fix the app so you can enter your username and password
This is a new issue that's only happened recently
So lot will only notice if it's first time to sign into the app on Sky Glass/Stream or they like me signed out and tried to sign back in into app
It's only Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks that's affected
You can sign into Sky Store on a PC or the app on Mobile device

I contacted Sky
They are aware about the Sky Store App sign in issue on Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks if customer has signed out of the app and can't sign back in
Sky told me we are currently working on that. We'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Also having the same issue. Have emailed twice and only got a response after 10 days. In their reply they gave an app reset procedure but this didn't work. Their opening hours for phone or online chat are not customer friendly. Some of us have to work and they are closed when one gets time to make contact (knowing it could take awhile on an agent).
It is very frustrating paying for a service and the supplier couldn't give a damn about its customers. This login issue is going on for at least a month and no fix. If their IT people were any good this issue should have been pick up on and rectified immediately. I don't think I'll be renewing my Sky service in the next few months when it comes up for renewal.

Hi all. I got sky glass a couple of days ago. I cannot log into Sky Store on the tv. I can log in on my phone, on laptop, everything except the tv. So I can't download my movies. Error I get is:
There is an issue with the login,Please check your details and try again
has anyone seen this?

@Paul+Boland I've been having the same problem since we got Sky Glass in July this year. They told me the same.. it's October now... still not working..

@Christine+Mc Yep! Have had this issue since we got Sky Glass in July. They say they're working on it.. Don't understand why it's taking so long because they're losing out on purchases.. frustrating though...
