I have purchased a buy and keep film and had it sent to my Sky Q Box. The library isnt showing. therefore I cannot see the film.

I've noticed a very similar post to yours earlier this evening - so if there is a fault developing and the movie is not where @oldfella has correctly directed you to, then try a livechat with the Skystore team which opens at 11am tomorrow
