Can't download free vip film

I recently tried to download my free VIP film as per email instructions through sky VIP. I got a message saying : There are no programmes of this type.

I went for a look directly at the films and clicked on Oppenheimer and up came a message about my free gift. It was showing £0.00 so I was able to download it. I hope it helps anyone else having this problem. I have a sky + box.

So I take it you did manage to download it, if so you would have been sent an email confirmation showing the £0.00 cost,

Everywhere I look it says £7.99?

Tried on the TV and on skystore.com.

If you are referring to The Grinch, there are a lot of reports of this and I am seeing the same as you. 

if I had to guess, there is a problem at the Sky end which we will have to wait to be fixed. If it's urgent to you, you may be able to get something agreed with the Skystore team at 11am when livechat opens
