Can’t download a film I purchased

I've purchased maverick and it won't download - keeps saying technical issues try again later - any suggestions?

@KateM888 do you have issues with other devices? What device are you downloading the movie onto?

I would suggest trying a livechat with the Skystore team. They are usually very good at sorting out a range of problems and they open next at 11am today.
