Can’t buy or rent films

When I try to purchase or rent  films I'm getting the message "insufficient credit on viewing card", 

anyone know how to fix this? 
I spoke to a sky advisor and she walked me through a lot of steps but it hasn't resolved.

This is quite a common error and is usually caused by either your account not being setup for Sky Store purchases or you have reached the spending limit on it. Either way if you get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this they will be able to sort it for you.
