I'm trying to download No Time To Die in UHD but I keep getting an error message after I input my pin. "Because of a technical issue your download couldn't complete. Please try again later" I've tried restarting Sky Q (2TB) box and tried downloading in HD but still same message. Please Help !

Sky store are aware of the problem but there is no fix. "Downloading works intermittently". Demand issues presumably..poor that there is no reference to this on Sky.com
The help fix for the error meassage is to reset settings then reformat hard drive. Which is a pain when its obvious that wasnt going to fix it. very annoying

I contacted sky via online chat and they reset something with my account and it fixed the problem immediately.
