Buying a film

I am trying to buy a movie on sky store I have scanned the bar code followed instructions but the site keeps saying error

What device are you using to try and purchase this movie, Sky Q, Sky Stream, Sky Store website or app etc..

Have you purchased any films before ?

Is this a VIP free film ?

I am trying to buy wicked and ot wont allow me to enter my name as it says error?

Hi @Gemma167 

This usually happens when there are incomplete details of your name associated with your Sky ID

If you log in to your Sky account, go to "my details" and then to "manage your Sky ID "

if you see some gaps under "edit name" you should update your details 

hopefully then you should be able to buy your movie.
