My Buy to Keep purchase of Babe and Babe 2 are showing in my library on sky store app and in browser. I do not have the option to restore the purchase and send to tv. Why is this?

Is your Skystore account linked to your Sky account ? (There's an option to do this in My Account online )
Technically there might be an issue if Sky have lost the distribution rights to those two - The Skystore livechat team will know if this is the case.
