Buy and keep film says address unavailable

When I try to buy a buy and keep film, it days my postal address is unavailable. I've checked and it is there in my Sky account.

Bought a new LG TV last week and can't get the Sky remote to work the TV and it also says 'Sky box Deutschland' now when it is switched on. Is the sky box not set up correctly? Many thanks, Sam

You seem to have a number of issues here so are you trying to order a Sky Store film via your Sky box or online ?

Hi trying to buy it through the sky box. I'm wondering if it's not set itself up properly when it was linked to the new TV?

I don't think it is anything to do with linking it to your TV more an account related issue.

What you could do is to get in touch with Sky Store support so they can look into that message for you, if it helps there is a live chat available here until 7.30:

Thanks, unfortunately it just says live chat is unavailable. I do think it's weird we only had these issues since we bought a new TV. Everything is fine with my account on the My Sky app and when I've checked it on line.

Just keep trying if you can as it is open until 7.30 and reopens at 11am in the morning, you could also try the other ways of contacting them as seen on the link.
