When looking through sky store, I selected The Batman to check on the price and it started downloading without even showing a price or more details, very confused....
Can anyone help please?

If this was a rental on your Sky box and you haven't viewed even 1 second - you can delete it - delete it again from your "deleted" folder and you should not be charged.
in any other circumstances (if it was a buy and keep or a transaction on your phone / tablet) you need to chat to the Skystore team and see if you can persuade them to refund you.

For future - you probably need to look in your parental settings to set up a PIN for purchases

@mike+simmonds Thanks for your reply, it was a buy and keep in sky store from sky+ box on tv... I just clicked and normally it shows options/pricing etc for you to choose however it just started to download...
I have checked and I do have a pin required for purchases over £5, so very confused really

@mike+simmonds I have found out why, it appears I had already purchased it in February 😂 thought I would check emails as I was sure you usually got a confirmation when you purchased and low and behold there it was duh!🙄
