Brought movies

Hi we brought movies in the past 9 years off being with you guys and now we went to ee due to cost and all movies were on sky store saved and now they have all gone from app can u please let me know what's happened please as there was loads

As you are not talking to Sky Store support on here you will need to get in touch with them regarding this as they might need to change your Sky account to a Sky Store only one.

 

They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Anything bought via a Sky Box needs to be transferred to an online account ... if you had bought anything on the online account it should have already appeared on the online account after Sky subscription cancellation😉
