Hi we brought movies in the past 9 years off being with you guys and now we went to ee due to cost and all movies were on sky store saved and now they have all gone from app can u please let me know what's happened please as there was loads

Anything bought via a Sky Box needs to be transferred to an online account ... if you had bought anything on the online account it should have already appeared on the online account after Sky subscription cancellation😉
