I purchased a sky store movie and in the ways to wtch section it clearly says "if you're a Sky subscriber you can send your Buy & Keep purchases to a compatible Sky box".
The only buttons I have on the movie are "Play" and "Download".
I rang sky (when I eventually found a number) to be told that I would have to buy the movie again on the sky box as there is not a facility to send to the box...
Really?

It's 100% definite that you can send a buy and keep movie from an online account to a Sky Q box. - providing your Sky TV account is linked (you can see if the link is set up by looking online at your Skystore account and looking within account details.
Providing your accounts are linked you should see a screen like this

I must have done this before as I have a dozen or so movies in my acocunt.
I still only see Play and Download so they must not be linked somehow.
When go to My Account and press the "view my sky account" link it just takes me to my persoanl details - no options to link anything

I see this and then if I continue it takes me to more details within the MySky app

yes I see that page - it takes me to my sky, but just to see account details, no linking or the like.
The chat does not work, either on phone or laptop.
