Bought movie can't access it

We bought on my phone via Sky store Ice Age Collision Course, it said it was available to view via NowTV. We want to watch on our Qbox but can't access via our Sky. We don't have NowTV.

What app did you use to buy it via your phone and was the film a Buy and Keep one or a rented one ?
