Bought film on one tv (downstairs), doesn’t let me watch same film on tv up stairs?

Why can't I watch a film I purchased on one tv on another tv even though we've got multi room?

Hi @GayleUrq  As suggested if you have purchaced the UHD version, you will only be able to view on the TV connected to your main SKYQ box, as the SKYQ Mini box will only output HD to a connected TV

Morning @GayleUrq

If the version you bought is uhd it may be worth contacting the Skystore team when livechat opens at 11am and asking if they are willing to offer you a goodwill refund on that version

You could then buy the HD version which you can watch on any of your boxes

If you are thinking there should be an option to download all versions if you've paid for the UHD, you're probably right but the system doesn't work like that

here is a good link for the Skystore team
