Bought film by accident in sky store!

Hi, I just realised that my 3 year old daughter bought a film in the sky store by accident. Can I cancel this please? I have been a sky customer for 10 years

On here we are all customers like you - so to try to cancel you would be best to try a live chat with the Sky store team who are open till 7.30 tonight and then from 11am tomorrow
