Bought a film, sky technical issues so can't watch, can I get a refund?

I bought a download film, paid, but the Sky said there was a technical issue so I couldn't watch it. Can I get a refund?

You've just missed the Skystore livechat opening hours (they shut at 7.30pm) but they are open on Monday at 11am. Hopefully they can resolve this for you.

what device are you trying to play it on ?  If Sky Q have you tried archiving then redownloading. ?
