Asda movie night in account credited it have been charged for the movie

I got the Asda movie night in deal and I was told my account was credited £5.49 but the movie I rented was added to my bill. I've just got another and the same thing has happened again! I can't find how to use my credit! Help

The credit can only be spent via your online Sky Store account and not via your Sky box. As you have been charged for this I would suggest contacting Sky Store support to see if they can issue an refund or add a credit to your account to cover these costs:

When you rent a film via your online account it can't be sent to your box like a Buy and Keep film can.
