Asda Halloween meal deal

My wife and I bought the meal deal on offer, redeemed our voucher and got accepted. 

I used the link in the email and it states "redeemed" under the button. 

 

I still can't rent a movie. The support website has been absolutely useless and is just looping me back to the same pages that offer no help. 

 

Can anyone here help please?

To rent a film using the credit that would have been applied to your account you would need to do this via the Sky Store website so what is happening when you try to do this ?

Earlier on nothing was working but I tried again after your response and it worked this time so thank you very much for your help. 

 

It must have just been a lag between redemption and activation.
