ASDA Valentines SKY MOVIE VOUCHER NOT WORKED

• I got an Asda Valentines meal deal with sky movie voucher worth £5 for sky store. I redeemed this on my sky q  box 18th Feb, accepted it. So I picked the original top gun which cost £3.49, so it was cheaper than my voucher. Just checked future bill and been charged for it rather than coming out of my voucher!!

@LORDAN6  Check the terms and conditions on the voucher has some say purchase via website for mobile device viewing only (or similar wording to that effect)

See if you can redeem the voucher here and if you can't then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

If you do get it added to your account then do note that only Buy and Keep films can then be sent to your Sky Q box as rented films can not.
