if it's reduced in price why have I just paid £19 for it, why when there are specials like the mama Mia one do I still pay for them they never show at the advertised price.

The thing that I notice is how prices display differently depending on whether or not you are signed in.
I'm not clear which device you bought it on, but were you signed in with your main registered Sky ID when you bought it ?

Yes it was on the sky store tab on the sky tv.

Yes I double checked that but I do only have one log in.

Yes gone to my setting on the tv and definitely logged in with my correct user id.
