why does the picture judder on my new 4k led smart television , i have tried everything to solve it , removed all cables connected into the tv , just leaving the sky q box connected and gone through all the settings menu on the new tv to no avail , everything worked fine with my old plasma tv , i have moved all electical equipment from around it to but still have picture judder, its like robbotic movement

It might help if you gave make and model of TV. Have you tried 1080i and 1080p? (And 2160p if you have UHD)

its also doing it through the blue ray to whilst watching a dvd

Then that seems to confirm it's the TV. (Possibly 'faulty' but more likely motion settings)

tried all the motion settings still the same , but will try the 1080i ect before contacting the supplier

Home>Settings>Setup>Audio Visual
Select on/off for the Judder reduction option.
It is more around the apps, streaming etc. But, worth a try.

Yeah, the judder reduction only affects apps and puts the display into 60Hz mode rather than 50Hz.
(I'm wondering if it is a native 60Hz panel, causing the judder for 50Hz)

what mines does on sky stream,everything works fine until an advert or comes 2 an advert the picture judders and my atmos sound changes audio on the bar,tried everything still same,only wen goes 2 adverts or intervals,any ideas plz
