Once Glass/Stream is ruled out due to lack of bandwidth, the only current Sky television product is Sky Q

Concrete floors and in general WiFi drops throughout the day several times !!!

Get a wifi mesh, and connect the nodes via powerline ethernet. Then the building construction can't get in the way.
