we set up to have sky and broadband march 2022 they came and couldnt fit it due to parking

we was having broadband and sky fitted the broad band was fitted but could not fit sky due to parking they never contacted us to rearange we have been paying for 2 years with no sky

You will need to contact Sky to discuss this but not sure how you've only just noticed this to be fair. Your 18 month contract will have ended now.
