Hi,
Whenever I select a UHD movie in Sky Cinema I get error Sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available.
I have powered off the box, checked all broadband issues. Sky Q box is discovered on Network and ip address is reachable. My isp is Yayzi. There are no problems with the broadband. Box says Internet is available.
I think this might be a geoip thing as Yayzi have recently changed all their ip addresses. Any ideas? Thanks
