unable to use TV

my uncle who is poorly cannot use the remote dow syairs to access his sky tv.

I ordered a replacement remote on the 7th September 2025 and he still has not received this.

i spome to a very rude advisor who was so unhelpful.

Please can someone kindly co tact me his niece

For a quick resolution, go and buy one in a tesco extra or currys or similar.

 

what's wrong with the old one? Have you tried re-pairing it to the box?
