ive added sky sports to get the arena but you can not choise the matches you want to watch only what is on

not all the games may be been broadcasted but that article should hopefully help you out

This week is qualifying week and only one screen is available - but when the competition proper starts next week you should be able to access all courts on SkyQ.

How do I access the other tennis courts coverage. I pressed the red button but it doesn't go anywhere

As discussed in another thread on here;

From red button you are as you say taken to the ranking page (no idea why),, hit the sky remote backup key.

That puts you on the court choice line, scroll left for the 17 or so courts.

Choose the court with select.

Use select when it shows  watch live.

To return to the stream choice, while watching a stream, choose select and back button and scroll either left or right for other streams.

Do you get the rankings list when you press the Red button or just nothing

If nothing try a reboot of your SKy Q Box   (place in Standby, then unplug & wait >15s before re-applying power) 

If you get the rankings then press the back/duismiss button which should then bring up various courts and other options which you may hev to scroll through

How do we watch the matches on demand? Given that we are based in the UK and the US Open is a different time zone, how can you choose a match to watch On Demand the following day? You need a proper player like Eurosport and Prime. Otherwise it will be incredibly disappointing...

Yes hope they sort this out very poor service for the extra cost sky charges than prime which was a must better service and had a watch list and you could watch things back , this is rubbish they say you can use now tv but not paying anymore if sky can not get it put right.

I know. I can't find a way to watch on demand. Surely they have this facility? I want to come in from work and be able to look for the match I want that was on earlier in day. Or watch the Coco Gauff match that starts at midnight UK time tomorrow during the day.

Am I missing something? can't see anything on demand. Can't pause stream, FF or view from start of match.

I just upgraded to SkyQ from an old box specifically to upgrade to SkySports for the US Open. the tech isnt coming for 2 weeks! Can I install it myself? Can I only watch it on my phone on the app?? Do I have 14 days cooling-off period to cancel?

Have a look in My Sky app to see if sooner appts - cancellations come up. 

When I switched from Sky + HDbox to Sky Q in 2020 I recall it needed the chap to come with the new Sky Q 1TB box plus you need different ports on the satellite dish fitted. Annoyingly the Sky + box recordings can't be transferred over either so make sure you watch all saved recordings that you don't want lost!

You should be able to record the night sessions from tv menu on arena or active just not ones on red button

Do you mean record the entire program and fast forward through to the ones I want? I don't think they're showing all.😔

Unfortunately no. It's ridiculous. Why can't they save your recordings on viewing card but instead they save on box so once changed to Sky Q you can't use Sky +HD box
