two mini boxes not working and hard disc in main box not working

Both mini boxes suddenly playing up and hard disc in main box has technical problem .All problems happened same day

If the hard drive in the main box is failing than Mini boxes are likely to be poorly too, given they get all their data from the main box.

 

Best to log a fault with Sky or work through the process here:

and see if it give an option for a main box swap-out.

 

Remember to remove the viewing card before handing a failed box over on the doorstep.

Hi @Bigbee 

If the hard drive has failed you will need a new Q box not an Engineer.

There is an option to replace your Q box in the link.

Thanks .Ive just noticed my billing address is incorrect .I can find how to edit every thing else but the address
