Added Netflix to existing sky package & still paying amount direct to netflix.   How do I sort this please??

Hi @Al1258 

First check that Netflix is Active on your subscription.

if it is you should see Ultimate TV or Netflix in your account.

You can check this in the VIP App or your Q box in the Home - My Sky menu (at the bottom of the Home menu)
