the sky box wont connect to the sky router and so the mini box wont work. All other internet apps are working, just the sky box to router

I have exactly the same issue. Been on the phone to sky for 3 days now and they haven't been able to sort it either!

I have the same problem, everything else can connect to the internet. I have to reset the Sky Q box and enter the router pasword on a regular basis. As the TV's, laptops, desktops, iPads and phones are all connected, the problem must lie with the Sky Q box.
