sometimes no sound for a few minutes most days, only had skyQ for 2 months dont like it.
Only had our new boxes(skyQ) for 2 months, been a customer for 18years with no problems (sky+)
Turn on tv/sky and sometimes there is no sound for a few minutes. Have to put pin number in to some channels and also series link doesn't record every episode (Emmerdale & Corronation street) then have to download them.
Monday both SkyQ & mini box wouldn't work, saying no internet connection, but wifi was working on tablets etc. Had to turn off at mains for it to start working again.
Really dissappointed
