Moved from sky broadband to Upp fibre as sky were not offering a full fibre option. Had Upp setup for a month before informing sky. Next day , started to have issues with q box needing to be reset and wifi password re-entered.
this is happening approx once a week,

We've been having the exact same problem, since changing to lighting fibre in August. We are having to reconnect most days. Today its been nearly every hour, its not the WiFi as phones are all still connected and it's all been checked.
