checked all cables and OK. 2 other mini boxes working fine. main TV is also fine. source is saying resolution not supported, cahneg settings in sky box, however the screen is black so how can this be done?

Hi @jonboyP place your TV into standby, then try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
