sky want mini box returned but i’ve not cancelled it

renewed my tv contract yesterday , Multiscreen contracted to 2027 , but sky sending return pack for mini box to return . I didn't cancel anything on my contract

If at any point during the conversation with the agent you discussed cancellation of Multiscreen they may have pressed something to start the process. Give Sky another call to discuss and confirm you are being send packaging in error.
