Found fixes on Sky help ...they don't work
Switch box off at the mains all lights off on box...held down standby button then switched back on at the mains...kept standby button held down until an alternating red and amber lights appeared...software updates start again takes around 25 minutes.
Starts fine for an hour or so then I get same message to install with accept or later option frozen.
This has been happening for four days now...have tried calling Sky but told very busy may be a wait up to 25 mins...fine i'll wait! 20 mins later I get cut off...calling two or three times a day for the same thing to happen is more than frustrating ********.
Any help with this please or a number to get through where I can speak to someone.

That is your TV software not the SKY box - you need to use your TV's own remote

As @nigea99 indicates, that's not even close to being a Sky software release number.
The current version of the Q operating system is 'Q230.000.14.00L'
Unfortunately many people get caught out by this because a Sky remote cannot action such a message even if it's 'paired' with the television set.
It might also be generated by another device connected to your television over HDMI cable.
