sky q mini box upstairs screen freezes when a gaming box is used downstairs

our sky q mini box, upstairs in the bedroom works perfectly well, but as soon as our son starts playing on his xbox downstairs, our screen freezes, then stutters on and off, on live tv plus recordings.

Probably a clash of 5GHz channel 36.  (This is what the Q uses to communicate)
