sky q box keeps losing wifi connection

Hello my sky q box keeps losing wifi connection all the time. Please help

Yep happened to mine for over a year, have now got a new box and badda bing, one week later, dumped again and NO sky, my internet is fine!!!

I am having the same issue. Sky Q main box lost connection (afternoon 2 Oct) and won't reconnect rendering my mini boxes useless!

I have tried all the suggested fixes, many times, and still won't connect.

My router is working fine, as are my laptops and phones. Very frustrating!!

Hi have same issue . Sky 1tb Q box. Worked fine until I had fibre installed and a mini box now dropped out twice in last 2 weeks and had to reset and re do WPS to reconnect

I have the same issue where we can't access apps as it says no connection. We have tried everything but only temp fix is to reboot box but this sometimes only works for a few minutes. It's very frustrating and means we can't watch what we want when we want. Please help.

I have the same problem with my sky q box. For some reason it is connected but says it isn't. I can either reboot the sky box which then works without changing any settings. Or I remove and reconnect the WiFi entering the router password. 

I tried a cable connection and it just doesn't do anything. Router says there isn't anything connected with a cable.

 

Not sure how to solve the problem

I am having the same problem with my mini Q box, every morning I have to go through the process of reconnecting to the main box & takes a couple of attempts. 
both boxes are connected to sky broadband wirelessly
