HI please can any one please tell me how to turn off voloume  being spoken i have tried various ways but no success

Hi @Bob+Bradshaw   I'm afraid that your question is not very clear. Volume being spoken makes no sense at all. Volume is a sound level, not a spoken word or music. Is this on a Sky Q Main box or Mini box? It is quite common on Mini boxes for the sound to sound like a robot. Easily cured by changing channels or switching it off and back on again.

Is this a TV setting where the TV tells you out loud what its volume is set to?
