The not programmed message is from your TV's internal Tuner so I am not sure why it is apearing when you select HDMI1
Again the appearnce of SKY in a small window also indicates your TV settings.
May I suggest checking your TV settings using the TV's own remote & maybe even consider doing a full power down restart of your TB (unplu/switch off at mains)
